Where we work

Willesden NW10 and NW2 — Willesden Green and the High Road, Dollis Hill and Gladstone Park, Harlesden, Willesden Junction and Park Royal, Neasden and the boundary roads towards Cricklewood.

The hallway and the street

Most of this patch is terraced, and terraced housing is more work than its room count implies. The hallway is reliably narrower than the rooms suggest and the stair turns where a wardrobe would rather it did not, so protection goes down along the whole route rather than just at the front door.

Outside, the streets are permit-controlled and narrow considerably once cars are parked on both sides. We check your specific bays at survey, advise on whether a suspension is worth applying for, and shuttle from the nearest legal point where the vehicle cannot get close — costed in the quote rather than added on the day.

A large share of local work runs to end-of-tenancy times that do not move. So we build the day backwards from the hour you have to be out rather than forwards from our diary, and we would rather take an early slot than an optimistic one.

What we say about time and cost

We quote in writing after a survey, and the written quote is the number. If something genuinely changes — a second address appears, or a lift is out — we tell you what it means before we act on it rather than after.

We do not publish prices or transit windows here because neither is meaningful before we have seen the job, and in Willesden the stair and the parking can change the answer more than the contents do.

Small jobs, same standard

A single room, an end-of-tenancy clear or one heavy item gets the same crews and the same protection as a four-bedroom house. Smaller vehicle, shorter day, same standard — and if a smaller and cheaper service suits the job better, we will say so before you book.
