- How tight the stairwell turn is, if it is a conversion or a flat above a shop
- Roughly how much there is, including the loft and any cupboards that hold more than they look
- Parking at each end, and whether either street is permit-controlled
- Whether your handover time is fixed by someone else
- Your date, even if it is still provisional
